1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at windowfixgta.ca or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Window Fix GTA provides professional window and door repair services in the Greater Toronto Area, including:

• Broken and failed glass replacement
• Foggy glass replacement
• Window crank and hardware repair
• Door repairs and hardware
• Screen repair and replacement
• Caulking and weatherproofing
• Carpentry and wood work

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on-site. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Labour provided by Window Fix GTA is warranted against defects for 90 days from the date of service completion. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Unpaid invoices are subject to interest charges after 30 days.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee to cover technician travel time.

7. Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. You are responsible for moving furniture, valuables, or other items that may obstruct access to windows or doors. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

Window Fix GTA's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
